COASTAL FAMILY ROOM

This family room project was such a fun one to work on through my The Design Masterplan service. My client wanted help making her family room feel more functional, comfortable, and pulled together while still maximizing as much space as possible. One of the biggest challenges was creating a brand new layout that gave her plenty of seating and better flow, while also incorporating a corner weight machine without making the room feel cramped.

We also focused heavily on lighting, adding layered lighting ideas to help the space feel warmer, brighter, and more inviting for everyday life. By mixing cozy neutrals, warm wood tones, practical space planning, and thoughtful furniture selections, the room came together in a way that feels both elevated and lived-in. I loved helping bring this vision to life and showing how a space can be beautiful, functional, and realistic for the way a family actually lives.
